Site Admin

Site Admin is the app for the team of a company whose website is built and hosted by Integrații. When a visitor submits a request on the website (a quote request, a calculation, an order, a visualization or a chat message), the company's staff get a notification on their phone and see all the details right away.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Inbox with every request from the website: inquiries, orders, calculations, visualizations and system events, with “unread” and “errors” filters.
• Full request card: contact details, message, order lines, totals, attached photos.
• Call, text, WhatsApp or email the customer straight from the card.
• Chat with website visitors: reply from the app, new messages arrive as notifications.
• Mark as “handled”: the status syncs with the website and with your colleagues.
• Push notifications for every new request and for website errors; choose the types and websites in Settings.
• Morning summary: how many requests and orders are still unanswered, with the list one tap away.
• Several websites in one account: switch between them in the inbox header, each website has its own color; management of connected devices.
• Interface in Romanian and Russian.

HOW TO GET ACCESS
Access is granted to the organization under a contract, and employee accounts are created by the company's administrator. The app contains no purchases and is not intended for consumers.

CUSTOMER DATA
