As a condition of using Dunsel Economic Tools, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Automated Scraping & Denial of Service: Deploying automated spiders, scrapers, headless browsers, or programmatic bots to extract calculator logic, tables, or content in a manner that strains server infrastructure or degrades site performance;
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or derive the underlying source code of our proprietary JavaScript calculation algorithms or server-side scripts;
- Commercial Redistribution: Framing, embedding, mirroring, or republishing our calculators, educational articles, or styling frameworks within commercial software without prior written consent;
- Security Tampering: Circumventing or attempting to bypass security headers, firewall rate limits, access control tokens, or administrative login barriers;

8. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL Dunsel Economic Tools, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, MATHEMATICAL CONTRIBUTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF CAPITAL, LOST PROFITS, INVESTMENT LOSSES, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR REGULATORY PENALTIES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR RELIANCE UPON ANY CALCULATOR, TABLE, OR CONTENT ON https://dunsel.us, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. User Indemnification Obligations
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dunsel Economic Tools, its operators, affiliates, and technical contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your breach of these Terms of Service; (b) your misuse of our computational tools; or (c) any financial decision, investment commitment, or loan transaction executed by you following your use of this platform.
10. Dispute Resolution, Mandatory Negotiation & Arbitration
In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Dunsel Economic Tools, the parties agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days by providing written notice to our legal desk at contact@dunsel.us.
If informal negotiation fails, any unresolved dispute shall be resolved through confidential, binding individual arbitration administered under the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or equivalent international arbitration body, rather than in court. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO COMMENCE OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, CONSOLIDATED PROCEEDING, OR REPRESENTATIVE LAWSUIT AGAINST Dunsel Economic Tools.
11. Mutual Waiver of Class Actions & Representative Proceedings
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE STATUTORY LAW, BOTH YOU AND Dunsel Economic Tools EXPLICITLY AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS, WHETHER IN BINDING ARBITRATION OR IN PERMITTED JUDICIAL COURTS, SHALL BE CONDUCTED STRICTLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
You expressly waive any right to assert, join, coordinate, or participate as a plaintiff, class representative, or class member in any class action litigation, private attorney general action, or collective arbitration against Dunsel Economic Tools, its operators, affiliates, or contributors. The arbitrator or judge shall have no authority to consolidate claims of multiple individuals, preside over any form of representative or class proceeding, or award relief on behalf of any person or entity not a named party to the specific individual arbitration.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdictional Venue
This Agreement and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, without regard to its principles of conflict of laws. Any legal action or judicial proceeding permitted outside of arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the High Court of Justice in London, England, UK, and both parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue thereof.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Dunsel Economic Tools regarding your use of https://dunsel.us. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
